Zen Reply is designed to operate entirely on the user’s device. We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell personal data. All app functionality is processed locally on your device.

Zen Reply does not collect, store, or transmit:

• Phone numbers
• SMS content
• Contacts
• Call logs
• Device identifiers
• Location data
• Analytics data

The app does not use analytics services, tracking tools, or advertising SDKs.

3. Permissions Usage

Call Screening / Caller ID Permission
Used to detect incoming calls and manage call handling while Zen Mode is active.

SMS Permission
Used only to send automatic SMS replies to incoming callers when Zen Mode is enabled.

Contacts Permission (optional)
Used only to identify known contacts for call handling preferences.

No data accessed through these permissions is stored, transmitted, or shared.

4. Local Storage

Zen Reply stores the following data locally on the device:

• Zen Mode status (on/off)
• The custom auto-reply message set by the user

This information remains on the device and is not transmitted externally.

5. Data Sharing

Zen Reply does not share any data with third parties. No user data is transmitted to external servers.

6. Data Retention

All data remains stored locally on the user’s device and is removed when the app is uninstalled.

7. Children’s Privacy

Zen Reply is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
